The AZ-700 range has been changing the landscape of steel sheet piles since 2004. To strengthen the market leadership position ArcelorMittal keeps developing more and more cost-efficient solutions even though the new AZ-700 range is now almost complete.Only a few months after the launch of the latest section AZ 13-700, and exactly five years after the introduction into the market of the original AZ 26-700, we have the pleasure to announce the latest innovation in terms of rolling technology: the new AZ 26-700N. Both sections have a section modulus of 2600 cm³/m, the same geometry, but the flange thickness of the new profile is higher. They share a few common features, like an excellent handling and driveability, fast installation progress, but the new AZ 26-700N is almost 6% lighter than the original AZ 26-700.

 

Suite au lancement des palplanches Z de 700 mm en 2004, le paysage de "la palplanche en acier" a changé. Pour renforcer sa position de leader sur le marché, ArcelorMittal continue de développer des solutions de plus en plus économiques , bien que la nouvelle gamme AZ-700 soit quasi complète. Seulement quelques mois après le lancement de la dernière section AZ 13-700 et exactement cinq ans après l'introduction sur le marché de la première AZ 26-700, nous avons le plaisir d'annoncer la toute dernière innovation en matière de technologie de laminage : la nouvelle AZ 26-700N. Les deux sections ont un module de flexion de 2600 cm³/m, la même géométrie, mais l'AZ 26 -700N dispose d'une épaisseur d'ailes plus importante. Tout en gardant les mêmes qualités de battabilité, la nouvelle AZ 26-700N est près de 6% plus légère que sa version précédente

 

Seit ihrer Einführung 2004 hat die AZ-700er Serie die Profillandschaft von Spundwänden maßgeblich beeinflusst. Obwohl die Produktreihe bereits nahezu vollständig ist, arbeitet ArcelorMittal kontinuierlich weiter daran, noch kosteneffizientere Querschnitte zu produzieren. Nur wenige Monate nach Einführung der AZ 13-700 und ziemlich genau 5 Jahre nachdem wir die ursprüngliche AZ 26-700 im Markt verankert haben, freuen wir uns sehr, das jüngste Ergebnis fortschreitender Entwicklung der Walztechnologie präsentieren zu dürfen: die neue AZ 26-700N. Beide Profile verfügen über einen Widerstandsmodul von 2600 cm³/m, die gleiche geometrische Form sowie exzellente Rammbarkeit für einen zügigen und erfolgreichen Einbau auf der Baustelle. Als einzige Unterschiede seien zu nennen, eine größere Flanschdicke der neuen Profile und, dass die neue AZ 26-700N ca. 6% leichter ist als ihr Original.

 

La gamma delle AZ-700 ha cambiato il settore delle palancole dal 2004. ArcelorMittal continua a sviluppare soluzioni valorizzando sempre più il rapporto qualità - prezzo, anche se la nuova gamma è quasi completa. Pochi mesi dopo il lancio della nuova sezione AZ13-700, ed esattamente 5 anni dopo l’introduzione sul mercato delle originali AZ26-700, abbiamo il piacere di annunciare l’ultima innovazione in termini di laminazione:
Le nuove AZ26-700N. Entrambe le sezioni hanno un modulo di resistenza elastico di 2600 cm³/m; La forma rimane la stessa  mentre lo spessore dell’ala della nuova sezione è maggiore. Hanno entrambe alcune caratteristiche in comune come: un’eccellente manovrabilità e infissione, veloce processo di installazione, ma le AZ26-700N sono più leggere del 6% rispetto alle originali AZ26-700.

 

El paisaje de « la tablestaca en acero » ha cambiado mucho desde el lanzamiento, en 2004, de las tablestacas del tipo Z de 700 mm de ancho. La nueva gama AZ-700 es casi completa pero no obstante ArcelorMittal continua desarrollando soluciones cada vez más económicas.

La nueva AZ 26-700N es disponible desde enero 2013. Los perfiles AZ 26 y AZ 26-700 quedan en el programa de laminación.

ArcelorMittal постоянно разрабатывает все более и более экономически выгодные решения при том что в настоящее время новый ряд практически полон. Буквально несколько месяцев спустя после запуска последней секции AZ 13-700 и пять лет спустя после появления на рынке оригинальной секции AZ 26-700 мы представляем Вашему вниманию наше новое инновационное решение в плане технологии проката - новый профиль AZ 26-700N. Оба профиля, и оригинальный и новый, имеют упругий момент сопротивления 2600 см³/m одинаковую геометрию, а вот толщина полки нового профиля больше. Вместе с тем их объединяет отличное поведение при погружении, быстрая установка, но при этом новая секция AZ 26-700N почти на 6% легче оригинальной AZ 26-700.

 

Seria AZ-700 zmienia obraz stalowych grodzic od 2004. ArcelorMittal stale rozwija najbardziej ekonomiczne rozwiązania, mimo że nowa seria jest niemal w całości skompletowana. Kilka miesięcy po wypuszczeniu ostatniego profilu AZ 13-700, i dokładnie pięć lat po wprowadzeniu na rynek pierwotnego AZ 26-700, mamy przyjemność ogłosić najnowsze osiągnięcie w zakresie technologii walcowania: nowy AZ 26-700N . Oba profile mają wskaźnik wytrzymałości na zginanie 2600 cm³/m, , taką samą geometrię, jednak nowy profil charakteryzuje się większą grubością półki. Profile posiadają kilka wspólnych cech, takich jak pogrążalność czy szybki postęp instalacji, jednak nowy AZ 26-700N jest prawie o 6% lżejszy w stosunku do pierwotnego AZ 26-700.
