ArcelorMittal was present at the ‘Bauma 2013’ tradefair in Munich, Germany, the largest international fair for construction machinery and equipment, which took place from April 15th to 21st, 2013. Beside a large number of our key European customers who showed up, we were quite happy to notice a strong interest in our products, and foremost our project engineering services, of new potential customers from emerging markets as South America, Africa and Asia, which we will follow up in the next weeks.

This event is an ideal opportunity to showcase the latest developments of steel sheet piles and foundation solutions, like the most recent AZ 26-700N from our mill in Belval (Luxembourg) that was introduced into the market a couple of weeks before the fair.
 
The highlight of our presence at the fair was the launch of the brand new GU 22N from our mill in Poland. It is available in steel grades up to S 430 GP (according to EN 10248) and can be rolled up and down by 1.0 mm. 

The thickness of the flanges combined with the “reinforced shoulders” has proven on every job-site that the shape of the GU 22N leads to an exceptional section for reuse and for driving into very hard soils.

Crimping, maximum rolling lengths and delivery conditions are the same for the whole sheet pile range from Dabrowa.

ArcelorMittal était à nouveau présent à l'édition 2013 du salon Bauma à Munich en Allemagne, qui a eu lieu du 15 au 21 avril 2013. Bauma (salon international du BTP et de l'Exploitation minière – Engins, Machines, Matériels et Véhicules) est le plus grand salon mondial du BTP. Aux côtés d'un grand nombre de nos clients européens clés venus nous rencontrer, nous avons été très heureux de constater un vif intérêt pour nos produits et avant tout pour notre service d'ingénierie, de la part de clients potentiels en provenance de marchés émergents comme l'Amérique du Sud, l'Afrique et l'Asie.

Cet événement est l’occasion idéale pour présenter les derniers développements de la palplanche acier et des solutions de fondation, comme l'AZ 26-700N, issue de l'usine de Belval (Luxembourg), introduite sur le marché quelques semaines avant le salon.

Le point d'orgue de notre présence au salon a été le lancement de la nouvelle GU 22N issue de notre usine en Pologne. Elle est disponible en nuances d'acier jusqu'à S 430 GP (selon EN 10248) et peut être laminée à ± 1,0 mm.

L'épaisseur des ailes combinées à des "épaules renforcées" a prouvé à chaque utilisation que la GU 22N est particulièrement adaptée au réemploi et au battage dans de sols très compacts.

Pinçage, longueurs maximales et conditions de livraison sont les mêmes pour toute la gamme de palplanches de Dabrowa.

Auf der just zu Ende gegangenen, weltgrößten Messe für Baustellenausrüstung und Nutzfahrzeuge, der „bauma 2013“, die vom 15. bis 21. April 2013 in München ihre Tore geöffnet hatte, war auch wieder einmal ArcelorMittal mit einem Messestand vertreten. Neben zahlreichen Kundenbesuchen unserer wichtigsten Handelspartner, konnten wir ein starkes Interesse sowohl an unseren Produkten, wie auch unserem technischen Service feststellen, das überwiegend von potentiellen Kunden aus den wirtschaftlich rasch wachsenden Märkten Südamerika, Afrika und Asien gezeigt wurde. Wir werden die geknüpften Kontakte in den kommenden Wochen sorgfältig aufarbeiten und mögliche Geschäftsbeziehungen weiter ausbauen.

Die „bauma 2013“ bietet eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, neueste Entwicklungen in der Spundwandentwicklung zu präsentieren und sich über Fortschritte und Neuerungen in der Technologie von Tiefgründungen zu informieren. So wurde beispielsweise ein Exemplar der in Belval hergestellten AZ 26-700N, die erst ein paar Wochen vor der Messe im Markt eingeführt wurde, in Originalgröße ausgestellt.

Das Glanzstück unserer diesjährigen Präsenz auf der Messe war jedoch die neue GU 22N aus unserem Walzwerk in Dabrowa, Polen. Sie ist auch in 1mm auf- bzw. abgewalzter Form in allen nach DIN EN 10248 genormten Stahlgüten bis einschließlich S 430 GP erhältlich.

Durch ihre Flanschdicke in Verbindung mit den verstärkten Schulterbereichen hat sich die GU 22N auf allen bisher eingesetzten Baustellen als ausgezeichnetes Profil, insbesondere auch unter harten Rammbedingungen und für den mehrfachen Einsatz von Spundbohlen, erwiesen.

Verpressung, Lieferlängen und Lieferbedingungen sind angepasst an die gesamte Spundwandpalette aus Dabrowa.

ArcelorMittal ha partecipato al ‘Bauma 2013’ tenutosi a Monaco, Germania, la più grande fiera internazionale di macchinari ed attrezzature per l’edilizia, che ha avuto luogo dal 15 al 21 aprile, 2013. Oltre alla presenza di un gran numero di nostri clienti chiave europei, siamo stati molto felici di notare un forte interesse per i nostri prodotti e, soprattutto per i nostri servizi di ingegneria di progetto, di nuovi potenziali clienti provenienti da mercati emergenti come Sud America, Africa e Asia, che seguiremo nelle prossime settimane.

Questo evento è l’occasione ideale per presentare i più recenti sviluppi sulle palancole in acciaio e soluzioni di fondazione, come il più recente profilo AZ26-700N prodotto dalla nostra acciaieria di Belval (Lussemburgo), che è stato introdotto nel mercato un paio di settimane prima della fiera.
 
L’evento più importante della nostra presenza in fiera è stato il lancio del nuovo profilo GU 22N dalla nostra acciaieria in Polonia. E’ disponibile in qualità fino alla S430GP (secondo EN10248) e può essere laminata a +/- 1,0 millimetro. 

Lo spessore delle ali combinato con le “spalle rinforzate” ha dimostrato in ogni cantiere che la forma della GU 22N porta a una sezione eccezionale per il riutilizzo e per l’infissione in terreni molto duri.

La punzonatura, la lunghezza massima di laminazione e le condizioni di consegna sono le stesse per tutta la gamma di palancole di Dabrowa.

ArcelorMittal estaba de nuevo presente en la edición 2013 de la feria Bauma en Munich – Alemania – que ha tenido lugar del 15 al 21 de abril 2013. Bauma (salón internacional de la obra publica y explotación minera – Equipos Maquinas, Materiales y Vehículos) es el mayor acontecimiento mundial de la obra publica. Además de un gran numero de visitas de nuestros clientes, hemos sido satisfechos de constatar el interés por nuestros productos y sobre todo por nuestros servicios de ingeniería de parte de clientes potenciales que provenían de mercados emergentes como America del Sur, África y Asia.

Este evento es la ocasión ideal para presentar los últimos desarrollos de la tablestaca metálica y de las soluciones de cimentaciones y fundaciones como la AZ 26-700N, fabricada en nuestro tren de laminación de Belval (Luxemburgo) e introducida en el mercado unas semanas antes de la feria.

El punto máximo de nuestra presencia en el salón ha sido el lanzamiento de la nueva GU 22N, fabricada en nuestro tren de laminación de Polonia. Es disponible en calidades de acero hasta S 430 GP (según EN 10248) y puede ser laminada con +/- 1 mm.

El espesor de las alas combinadas a unos “hombros reforzados” demuestra en cada utilización que la GU 22N es perfectamente adaptada al reempleo y a la hinca en los suelos muy compactos.

Pinzamiento, longitudes maximales y condiciones de suministro son los mismos que por toda la gama de tablestacas de Dabrowa.

ArcelorMittal obecny był na targach “Bauma 2013” w Monachium, w Niemczech, największych międzynarodowych targach maszyn i sprzętu budowlanego, które odbywały się od 15 do 21 kwietnia 2013. Obok wielu obecnych naszych kluczowych europejskich klientów, byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni widząc duże zainteresowanie naszymi produktami, a przede wszystkim naszymi usługami inżynieryjnymi dla projektów, w szczególności ze strony nowych, potencjalnych klientów z rynków wschodzących Ameryki Południowej, Afryki i Azji.

Impreza ta jest doskonałą okazją do zaprezentowania najnowszych osiągnięć w obszarze stalowych grodzic i rozwiązań fundamentowych, jak np. ostatni AZ 26-700N z naszej huty w Belval (Luksemburg), który został wprowadzony na rynek kilka tygodni przed targami.
 
Najistotniejszym jednak powodem naszej obecności na targach było rozpoczęcie produkcji nowego GU 22N w hucie w Dąbrowie Górniczej (Polska). Dostępne jest w gatunkach stali do S 430 GP (zgodnie z PN-EN 10248) oraz w wersji pogrubianej i pocienianej o 1.0 mm.
 
Grubość półki w połączeniu z “wzmocnionymi ramionami” udowodniła na każdej budowie, że kształt GU 22N dedykuje ten wyjątkowy profil do wielokrotnego wykorzystania i pogrążania w trudnych warunkach gruntowych.

Zaciskanie, maksymalne długości i warunki dostawy są takie same jak dla całej gamy profili produkowanych w hucie w Dąbrowie Górniczej.
